Our In-House Design and Engineering department utilizes the following software: SolidWorks, LogoPress, AutoCAD, DieMaker & Microsoft Project.

Nine vertical machining centers with ranges up to 84x40x30 to meet all your machining requirements, including 2, 3, and 4 axis, as well as a High Speed machining center up to 20,000 RPM. Two Mazak CNC turning centers, including one large capacity NEXUS 400-IIM, 27” diameter x 40” long with a 4-5/8 bar capacity and Y-axis (Live-Tooling) for a variety of machining such as face and o.d. drilling, keyway finishing and milling.
Our 4-axis SUPREMA WATERJET, powered by Mitsubishi Electric, will cut virtually any material up to a 6" thickness. With INTELLIGENT TAPER CONTROL the need to reduce production speed is eliminated.

Wire EDM: One Mitsubishi MV 2400S, one Sodick AG600L and two Sodick AQ535L machines with travel up to 20 x 13 x 10-5/8 for the accuracy you require.
